- Market research, seeking out and finding suitable retailers for the Wolt platform based on what Wolt customers currently desire most.
- Creatively reaching out to potential partners across various regions of the country and establishing new relationships.
- Explaining the real benefits of partnering with the Wolt platform to businesses that sometimes have no experience with e-commerce.
- Negotiating business, marketing, and expansion terms of cooperation with both small shops and large enterprises, leading to long-term partnerships.
- Managing the pipeline end-to-end, leading them to the finish line.
- Adjusting your focus based on team strategy and always prioritising team goals.
- Communicating with potential partners in person, online, over the phone, and in writing, both in Czech and English.
- Extensive sales experience, preferably in retail, such as super- / hypermarkets, FMCG, or alcohol wholesalers.
- A natural 'hunter' with hunger to build and create a portfolio from the ground up.
- Demonstrable consultative sales approach - someone who can build relationships and tailor our offering and business model to a specific partner based on various parameters.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent analytical skills - such as translating data into actions, or analysing sales metrics and producing relevant KPIs.
- Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English.
- Driver's licence.
