- Develop and implement marketing plans for our distribution network, certified installer program, technology partners, and other potential channels.
- Manage the marketing budget (MDF) for distributors, ensuring smart allocation of investments and measurable ROI
- Drive the market growth of our partner program (Certified Installer Program), in collaboration with sales managers
- Oversee marketing communication to distributors and channel partners
- Maintain relationships with peer marketing managers at key partners
- Ensure cross-functional alignment by collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management, Product Marketing, and other teams.
- Experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, trade marketing, or a similar role in a B2B environment, ideally in a technology company
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that deliver measurable results through partner channels
- Experience managing marketing budgets with a focus on ROI
- Analytical mindset – comfortable using performance metrics to make decisions
- Understanding of how a multi-tier business model works is an advantage
- Strong presentation skills
- Willingness to occasionally travel for partner visits or exhibitions
- Fluency in English is essential
