You will analyze non‑conformance reports (NCR), lead root cause analyses (RCA), coordinate engineering teams to improve on‑time delivery (OTD), support supplier qualification, and maintain quality documentation. You will also participate in internal and external audits and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:Analyzing quality data, including non‑conformance reports (NCR)Leading root cause analyses (RCA), identifying trends, and driving corrective actionsCoordinating engineering teams to improve on‑time delivery (OTD) and RCA performanceSupporting supplier qualification processes in cooperation with the supplier quality teamEnsuring compliance with industry standards and internal quality proceduresParticipating in internal and external audits and supporting continuous improvement initiativesMaintaining and updating quality documentation and reporting systems (CSMS)Collaborating across departments to strengthen quality culture and process disciplineTo be successful in this role, you will:Bring experience with quality analysis, NCR/RCA processes, or engineering quality systemsUnderstand industry standards and internal quality proceduresDemonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skillsCommunicate effectively across engineering, production, and supplier teamsBe detail‑oriented, systematic, and proactive in identifying improvement opportunitiesIdeally hold a university degree in engineering or quality managementWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that people want to work and perform at their best in different ways.
