- Define and lead the overarching creative vision for a global client and its portfolio of brands, ensuring cohesive, forward-thinking direction across all initiatives.
- Provide strategic creative oversight across integrated campaigns, new business pitches, and enduring brand platforms - driving innovation and consistency.
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of creative directors, writers, art directors, designers, and producers.
- Maintain the highest standards of creative excellence, storytelling, and innovation.
- Partner with executive leadership to drive agency growth, culture, and vision.
- Cultivate strong relationships with senior clients and serve as a trusted creative advisor.
- Represent the agency at industry events, awards shows, and in the press.
- Proven creative experience with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Group CD or ECD).
- Award-winning portfolio and experience across traditional, digital, and experiential platforms.
- Proven success in building brands, leading teams, and growing client business.
