- Define, update, and manage the product roadmap aligned with customer and internal priorities
- Ensure on-time delivery of SW products, securing accurate inputs/outputs between customers and OpnSoft engineering teams
- Lead RFI/RFQ responses and support quotation activities
- Drive execution of awarded programs with customers, PMs, and Scrum Masters
- Manage P&L for the product line, including costing and pricing strategy
- Support sales during negotiations, customer meetings, and events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders at multiple levels
- Provide market and customer feedback to marketing and R&D to shape future products
- Monitor competitive landscape, new technologies, and innovation within the domain
- Prepare and present strategic reviews, internally and with key customers
- Strong ability to build trust and maintain robust customer relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong listening, stakeholder management, and negotiation capabilities
- Proven ability to interact confidently with senior management
- Solid understanding of software functions within the lighting or automotive domain
- Ability to identify business opportunities and assess commercial risks
- Financial awareness to support quotations, pricing models, and profitability analysis
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams
