And every time you hear a phone ping, you’ll be proud of knowing you were part of making that happen.We are now looking to expand the team with a Business Intelligence Analyst based in Prague to chase the dream with us.The essence of the roleEMEA Revenue Operations team in Sinch is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. As Business Intelligence Analyst you will be responsible for connecting the data world with the business, by instrumenting data from various types of data sources and systems, transforming data points into meaningful and actionable business insights, building business narratives and making it easier for stakeholders to understand the state of the business and next steps via numbers and results.You will report to the EMEA VP Revenue Operations, who is based in Stockholm, Sweden.As Business Intelligence Analyst, you will:

Develop and maintain solutions, dashboards and reports to support business requirements;
Create reporting frameworks and models using data points coming from various internal sources: CRMs, communication production platforms, various types of databases etc;
Lead the development of new metrics and sales KPIs and provide the needed support for explaining and guiding the understanding of the KPIs by the business;
Create expert level data visualizations and internal presentations for executive leaders in Sinch;
Work cross functionally internally to ensure strategic alignment and operational coordination between the various stakeholder teams: Sales, Finance, BI/Data, Partner, Marketing, Customer Success, BusinessIT etc

Who are you?For this position we are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst with strong technical skills and a proven track record of problem solving and of instrumenting data to drive successful business outcomes.In order to be successful in this role, we believe you have:

Education: Bachelor's Degree with honors in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or related areas.
Experience: 5+ years of relevant professional experience, in a business or sales environment.
Skills: Strong experience with analytics and data visualization tools (Tableau, BI, Excel) with hands-on experience using SQL and Python across different databases like Snowflake, Alteryx, DB2, MS SQL Server. A deep understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce) and previous experience working with business data to drive business outcomes will be required.
Self-starter: You're a go-getter, able to work with little coordination, someone who takes the initiative and steers their work independently.
Program Management: Your program management skills are advanced and enable you to coordinate medium to large projects involving data and data outcomes.
Communication skills: Your verbal and written communication skills are top of the class. You are capable of communicating sophisticated information in an easy to understand format. Able to interact comfortably with the leadership.
