This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to two years of experience who are eager to learn, grow, and apply their foundational knowledge in analog circuit design within a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will work alongside experienced engineers, gaining hands-on experience across the entire IC design lifecycle, from concept to silicon.What You Will DoAssist in the design, simulation, and layout of analog circuits for various IC products, including but not limited to power management ICs, motor drivers, and sensor interfaces.Support senior engineers in block-level and top-level simulations using industry-standard EDA tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, AMS).Participate in design reviews and contribute to technical discussions, learning from feedback and applying best practices.Perform post-layout simulations and contribute to verification activities to ensure design robustness and performance.Collaborate with layout engineers to optimize circuit performance and ensure manufacturability.Assist in the characterization and debug of silicon in the lab, comparing measurement results with simulation data.Document design work, simulation results, and test plans thoroughly.Continuously learn and stay updated with new analog design techniques, tools, and industry trends.What You Will BringMaster's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.0-2 years of relevant experience in analog integrated circuit design (internship or academic project experience is highly valued).Solid understanding of fundamental analog circuit concepts, including op-amps, bandgap references, LDOs, ADCs/DACs, and basic transistor-level design.Familiarity with EDA tools for schematic capture, simulation (e.g., Cadence Spectre, HSPICE), and layout (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso).Basic knowledge of semiconductor device physics.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):Experience with Verilog-A/AMS for analog behavioral modeling.Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl, Skill) for automation.Understanding of mixed-signal design concepts.Experience with lab equipment for silicon characterization (e.g., oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power supplies).
