Company DescriptionJob DescriptionWHAT YOU'LL DOAs a DC Safety Specialist, you will play a key role in fostering a strong safety culture by supporting the implementation of health and safety strategies, conducting comprehensive risk assessments, and ensuring full compliance with both global and local regulations. You will facilitate engaging training sessions, collaborate closely with key stakeholders, and proactively identify and mitigate risks. In this role, you will contribute to the safe and efficient operations of our new Distribution Center (DC) in Cheb, Karlovy Vary Region, Czechia. This state-of-the-art facility, spanning nearly 250,000 sqm and opening in the second half of 2026, will be the largest and most automated DC in our global network. Your main responsibilities include:

Supporting the implementation of health and safety strategies and ensuring policies are current, compliant, and effectively communicated.
Delivering engaging safety training that equips employees to make safe decisions.
Monitoring safety KPIs, maintaining accurate incident and accident records, and driving continuous improvement.
Conducting and supporting risk assessments, encouraging proactive reporting of hazards, near misses, and incidents.
Collaborating with security, HR, the Safety Committee, and other stakeholders to strengthen employee well-being and address cross-functional safety needs.

QualificationsWHO YOU AREWe are looking for people with…

Relevant training or qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety or related technical fields.
Strong knowledge of local H&S legislation and the ability to ensure compliance and manage risks proactively.
Experience delivering safety training and supporting a culture of continuous learning.
Solid organisational and project-management skills.
Proficiency in Office 365 and digital tools for documentation, reporting, and analysis.
Fluency in Czech and English; Ukrainian is an advantage.
