Back-end/Full-stack Developer

• We have several engineering teams, such as Customer Facing, Warehouse Management Systems, Core Systems, Pricing, and Marketplaces, all working on different topics - let's discuss further which team would be the best match for you!
• Developing new features for our re-commerce platform.
• One current project is improving book tags to make book searches more efficient, as well as constantly enhancing user profiles, wish lists, alerts, and shopping carts. In the future, we plan to add features like community elements and recommendations.

• Languages & Frameworks: Typescript (React + Next.js + NestJS), MySQL, Redis, Manticore, Kafka.
• Infrastructure: We run everything on Kubernetes in AWS.
• Legacy parts of the system are technologically mixed (mainly PHP), but when we interfere with them, we gradually rewrite them into Typescript.

• We run two-week sprints and review our backlog twice a week.
• We have daily short stand-ups, and once a week, we meet for Backend Tech and Frontend Tech meetings. Every two weeks, we dive into technical discussions for new features.
• Our office is at Kolbenova metro station, and we work onsite with flexible working hours.
