Therefore, you may expect to travel up to 30+ days annually.Your responsibilities
  • Leading small to mid-scale projects within the Operations & Supply area, from concept to implementation
  • Defining technical specifications and managing the acquisition of manufacturing technologies and production equipment (e.g. drilling/milling machines, complete production lines, assembly lines, painting processes etc,)
  • Participation in process optimization, quality improvement, and product cost-out initiatives across European factories
  • Preparation and maintenance of Technical Requirement Specifications in cooperation with relevant stakeholders
  • Project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget
  • Problem-solving and close cooperation with cross-functional teams
  • Continuous optimization and improvement of production processes and technical solutions
  • Ensuring standardization of production lines and technical solutions across sites
Our requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation or a similar field (other educational backgrounds are also welcome with relevant experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in technical specification and acquisition of production equipment
  • Experience in Technical Project Management and project planning/execution
  • Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing technologies and solid understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes and how they interlink (big-picture thinking)
  • Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems, robotics solutions, and system integrations, combined with solid IT knowledge
  • Basic understanding of machine safety and the Machinery Directive
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English
