- Plan and manage material requirements based on production forecasts and customer orders
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of components and raw materials
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock to meet service and cost targets
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Production, Engineering, and Logistics teams
- Proactively mitigate supply risks
- Manage master data in ERP/MRP systems
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain function
- Support new product introduction (NPI) projects from a planning perspective
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in material planning, production planning, or supply chain (preferably in manufacturing environment)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Good understanding of inventory management principles
- Ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment
- Fluent in English and Czech/Slovak (spoken and written)
- Experience in high-tech, electronics, or precision manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of lean principles or continuous improvement methodologies
- APICS/CPIM certification
