- Leadership Support & Prioritization: Proactively manage and prioritize the General Manager's agenda, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives. Act as a gatekeeper and facilitator, optimizing time management and focus.
- Leadership Team Coordination: Serve as a coordination hub for the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring alignment, follow-ups, and smooth execution of key initiatives. Support communication and collaboration across functions and markets
- Meeting & Governance Support: Prepare and structure leadership meetings, including agendas and materials and take the notes from meetings. Capture key decisions and ensure timely follow-up on action points.
- Project & Business Support: Support and coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives. Track progress, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure effective execution.
- Reporting & Presentation Preparation: Consolidate data from multiple sources and support reporting processes. Prepare high-quality presentations and materials for leadership decision-making.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Manage and streamline communication between the General Manager, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
- Travel & Event Coordination: Organize complex travel arrangements, internal events and conferences.

- Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written) and native fluency in Czech/Slovak.
- Experience: At least 4 years in a similar role (executive assistant or assistant to senior management) within a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent planning and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and projects independently.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build cross-functional relationships and contribute to a positive workplace environment.
- Active Driver: Valid driving license and positive attitude towards driving.
