- Analyse business requirements, participate on roadmaps and design solutions as part of Microsoft 365
- To test the new functionalities and changes
- Follow Microsoft roadmap for Microsoft 365 services
- Investigation of the new M365 services, creating design of implementation
- Attend agile and operational ceremonies across virtual teams
- Improve personal knowledge related to Microsoft 365 services
- Occasional business trips (once a quarter)
- Analytic skills
- Critical mindset
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Generic IT background and IT technology overview
- MS certification are advantage
- Fluent in English
