- Training Administration: Manage user training programs, including scheduling, logistics, registrations, attendance tracking, and feedback collection
- LMS Management: Maintain and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS), upload training materials, monitor user activity, and provide reports to stakeholders
- Content Development: Collaborate with experts to create and update training materials (presentations, videos, guides) and maintain an accessible library of resources
- User Support: Assist users with training programs, LMS navigation, and troubleshooting while fostering a positive learning environment
- Data Analysis: Track training metrics (completion rates, satisfaction) and use insights to improve programs
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align training programs with organizational goals and communicate updates effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, HR, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in training administration, user adoption, or a similar role
- Proficiency with LMS tools and training management systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve processes
- Fluency in English language
- Passion for user education and a customer-focused approach
