- Own and develop a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and business needs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Set sales objectives, forecasts, and KPIs; monitor performance and optimize the team results.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships, where the company can grow.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to ensure alignment.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to leadership.
- Establish revenue stability and forecasting accuracy by implementing structured pipeline management practices.
- Represent sales within business planning and budgeting cycles.
- Represent GoodVision in various traffic events.
- Substantial leadership experience spanning Sales and Marketing in B2B environment
- Previous experience in sales team leadership and sales operations.
- Skilled in sales pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue management.
- Experience in scaling sales organizations and entering new markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
- International or multi-region sales leadership experience.
- Fluent in English
