Conduct supplier process audits in line with VDA 6.3 standards
Manage supplier development projects driven by audit results, supplier performance trends, or escalation cases
Support buyers in supplier management (approvals, negotiating quality requirements, etc.)
Monitor, evaluate, and drive improvements in supplier performance
Support various plants across Europe

KvalifikaceWhat we expect:

Solid understanding of the automotive industry
Three years of experience in the field of quality
Proficient in English / German
Driving license (category B)
VDA 6.3 auditor certification is an advantage
Good communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel and collaborate across cultures in an international setting
Independence combined with a proactive attitude
