- Handling and logging incoming calls and emails into the system as assistance cases according to established procedures
- Creating new cases in the assistance system
- Independently managing assistance cases—assessing the client’s eligibility for assistance services and deciding on the type of standard services to be provided in accordance with general terms and conditions, including within defined limits
- Communicating with other parties involved in the case (medical facilities, insurance companies, branches, suppliers)
- Participating in trainings, workshops, and continuously developing your professional skills
- Completed secondary education with a school-leaving exam (high school diploma)
- Knowledge of Russian/Ukrainian (ideally B2/C1 level)
- Knowledge of English (ideally B2 level)
- Knowledge of Czech at B2/C1 level
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Independent approach to problem-solving, reliability, and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to provide high-level customer care
- Quarterly bonuses up to 15% of the gross monthly salary
