- Oversee daily activities within the eCommerce fulfilment center to ensure efficient and timely order processing.
- Perform and support hands-on tasks such as picking, packing, and handling returns.
- Coordinate and guide daily workflows for the pick & pack team and the Customer Service Assistant.
- Ensure all customer orders meet SLA targets and contribute to an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Train, motivate, and develop the fulfilment team to achieve productivity, quality, and service standards.
- Maintain merchandise handling standards, replenishment accuracy, inventory control, and loss-prevention procedures.
- Manage customer inquiries and escalations while maintaining service KPIs.
- Collaborate with delivery carriers, managing performance and resolving issues to improve delivery quality.
- Support operational reporting, demand planning, compliance activities, and continuous process improvements.
- Confidently use English in daily business communication.
- Bring 1-2 years of experience in retail, eCommerce operations, or logistics.
- Are a strong communicator with excellent command of Czech and English.
- Are organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks at once.
