  • TTP Operations: Running and supporting the HQLAx Trusted Third Party service within Clearstream's GSF environment
  • Service Stability: Performing operational controls and monitoring to ensure stable and compliant service delivery.
  • Client & Setup Support: Helping clients get started with TTP by managing onboarding, permissions, and service activation, while also keeping their data and system setups accurate and up to date.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with IT, Product, and other teams on service enhancements.
  • Quality & Testing: Participating in testing and validation for TTP releases and improvements.
Your ProfileCore Qualifications:
  • University degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred
  • Excellent written and spoken English, German or French is an advantage.
  • Experience working in a financial operations or client-facing support role.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
  • Knowledge of Trusted Third Party (TTP) operating models.
