You will lead the management of complex business and ad hoc requirements through advanced data products and analytics solutions.What You’ll Do
  • Lead the design of data-driven business models and analytics tools.
  • Analyze complex business challenges and uncover actionable opportunities.
  • Translate business needs into clear, functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Oversee testing and ensure high-quality product delivery.
  • Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with teams of Data Analysts and Data Scientists to ensure data-driven recommendations are based on comprehensive and robust analysis.
  • Translate complex business questions into analytics solutions and influence business stakeholders with data-backed strategic insights.
  • Proactively drive the adoption and demonstrate the value proposition of analytics solutions across the market.
What You Bring
  • Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years in business analysis or similar role
  • Proficiency in Czech/Slovak and English language
  • Strong skills in business modeling, root cause analysis, and data visualization
  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into analytical solutions
  • Proficiency in enterprise BI tools such as Power BI or similar platforms
  • Extensive experience with SQL, data modeling and big data technologies.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Knowledge of Snowflake and proficiency with advanced Data & Analytics technologies is a plu
