With around 250 employees, the site is a key local employer celebrating 20 years of operation in 2025, focused on advanced hydraulic solutions and strong connections with local talent through the Business Gate center.We are currently looking for a Maintenance Coordinator responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance of production and facility equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation. The role involves coordination of internal and external resources, compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards, and close cooperation with production and technology teams. A key part of the position is the oversight and effective use of maintenance systems including TPM, LOTO, SAP, and electrical inspections, combined with continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and cost optimization.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate maintenance of production machinery, technical equipment, and facility infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation.Coordinate and supervise internal maintenance resources and external service providers, including work assignment, contractor coordination, workplace handover, and compliance with safety and company standards.Ensure effective preventive and corrective maintenance through established systems, including TPM, SAP maintenance records, LOTO, electrical inspections, and technical equipment revisions.Maintaining accurate documentation of repairs, inspections, checks, and revisions in line with legal and internal requirements.Ensure safe operation of machines and equipment through regular checks and compliance with quality, health & safety, fire protection, and applicable legislation.Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, energy efficiency, and cost reduction.Job Profile
