- Contribute to the development and execution of sales activities to grow our presence in the Czech market
- Help identify and explore new business opportunities, especially in IT consulting and application services
- Support client relationships by understanding their needs and offering helpful solutions
- Assist in preparing commercial offers, coordinating RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, and supporting contract discussions
- Work closely with delivery teams to help ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors to spot new opportunities
- Collaborate with international Capgemini teams to learn best practices and benefit from global expertise
- Provide support to the country manager on large opportunities
- Some experience in sales or account support, ideally in IT services or consulting
- Familiarity with time & material or small fixed-price IT projects is a plus
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to grow into a full sales role
- Good communication and presentation skills, with confidence to interact with clients
- An interest in learning strategic and analytical approaches to sales
- Fluency in Czech and English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel within the Czech Republic
- Interest or experience in SAP-based services, or knowledge of Manufacturing, Engineering, or Utilities sectors
- Experience working in a multinational company or team environment
