And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionOur paid Software Development Internship program typically lasts 3-6 months. It is an opportunity to deep dive into the software development environment and development techniques with one of our teams. You will partner with full-time employees working on existing front-end toolkit in an Agile environment. You will experience a variety of software engineering knowledge areas including design-driven development and test automation. Intern will have a dedicated mentor to help navigate Rockwell, ramp up in our codebase, and remove daily blockers.This paid, part-time role reports to the Team Lead, Research & Development. You will start your internship in April/May/June 2026, and you will work onsite in Czech Republic, Prague, for 20 hours per week.Your Responsibilities:

Contribute to the development of a reusable front‑end UI toolkit used across Rockwell Automation products.
Enhance automated UI tests using the Playwright testing framework.
Collaborate with designers to update and improve UI toolkit documentation.
Deliver defined milestones as part of the development process.
Learn through practical experience and collaboration with the team.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

Basic software development skills.
Basic knowledge of: JavaScript and CSS and HTML.
Czech or English language proficiency.
Active Student Status.
Legal work and stay permits in Czech Republic.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

Familiarity with Typescript.
Bachelor's degree in IT related field.
