(The LCE Team maintain existing products, processes, and specifications including modifications for new applications consistent with manufacturing techniques and economies. They also
initiate and implement programs to continuously improve quality and cost, while meeting customer requirements and support and implement product extensions to existing platform products to meet specific customer requirements.)
LCE Project Manager manages engineering projects, work with Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and other functions across TE to assure projects meet financial, schedule and customer expectations. They are responsible for defining and creating project schedules, portfolio management, communication, risk management and execution of programs, identifying resource
constraints and working with management for resolution, while adhering to LeanPD processes.ResponsibilitiesProject Management: This role will provide leadership over Sustaining & Product Expansion (NPI) projects, leading the technical domain of single or multiple development projects from first idea to final project status. Ultimately responsible for meeting project scope, schedule, and budget milestonesWhat your background should look like
- Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering or similar technical field
- minimum of 3 years' experience in Project Management preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Project Management Certification desirable, PMP (or CAPM) preferred
- Ability to run multiple projects at the same time
- Good command in verbal and written English and Czech language (German is an advantage)
- Ideal candidate is proactive, resilient, and self-confident.
- Intercultural competence and strong problem-solving skills
