Here, you’ll be supported in progressing – whatever your ambitions.Field Clinical Representative – Rhythm Management (Moravia)Defined-term contractPurpose:Field Clinical Representative provides expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, RM (CRM/EP) Lab staff, on the effective and safe use of the BSC equipment during medical procedures within assigned geography, and in a manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals.Your Responsibilities will include:
  • Supports cases in cathlabs during procedures utilizing BSC technologies and its components.
  • Serves as primary resource for clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, support for BSC capital equipment, catheters and implantable devices.
  • Promote company products through education of current & potential customers within a defined region by providing clinical education, sales strategy and support for complex issues.
  • Meets with existing and potential clients (e.g. physicians, physician office groups at hospitals) to identify their clinical needs related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how company products and services can help them to achieve their goals.
  • Plan and develop the market for our existing and new products according to divisional goals to support the entire organization to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
  • Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and services by developing creative and feasible solutions.
  • Develops relationships with hospital personnel (e.g. through casual conversation, meetings, participation in conferences) to make new contacts in various departments within the hospital and to identify key decision-makers to support sales organization.
  • Will be required to maintain advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac rhythm management and cardiac ablation, technical knowledge of relevant technology, advancements, and business landscape
  • This role will require significant travel around the Moravia region
What are we looking for in you?
  • Higher education in biomedical enginery or similar degree
  • Medical equipment sales, clinical or cardiac related experience will be an asset
  • Knowledge of Cardiac Rhythm Management / Cardiac Implantable Devices / Electrophysiology market highly valued
  • Driving license
  • Fluent Czech and English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to rapidly adapt to a very dynamic marketplace
  • Strong team player, collaborative, ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally
  • Flexible, adaptable but focused and persistent
