You accompany the projects from analysis to successful implementation of technological and organizational changesProcess Optimization - You analyze existing operational processes and develop solutions to increase efficiency in the back-office and middle-office environments. Your focus is on digitization and optimization to reduce costs, improve quality, and meet regulatory requirements.Technological Deployment - You actively participate in the introduction of modern technologies such as Business Analytics, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Process Mining.
