- Provide broad HR support to assigned business groups
- Partner with leaders and managers
- Develop people solutions that help support the achievement of the business strategy
- Ensure alignment to corporate HR objectives
- Build trusting relationships with employees of that business and work to understand their operational goals
- Contribute to strategy discussions and decision-making, providing ideas and challenge
- Act as a catalyst for change
- Be the expert, and leader on people initiatives; especially talent, performance and change management
- Talent Management + Career discussion- the right talent on board at the right time, development activities, develop succession plan, pro-actively drive the development of high potential talent
- Workforce Planning –to identify and analyze workforce requirements in terms of the size, type, experience, knowledge
- Recruitment and selection -ensure open vacancies are filled in a timely manner with the right candidates by participating in the recruitment and selection process, build a pipeline of internal and external talent

- Onboarding - deliver an onboarding plan to engage new hires (plan, other requirements, buddy selection)

- Succession planning – through the 9-box exercise, map key roles within the business units, identify potential successors and assess their readiness to fill the key roles internally
- Labor/Employee Relations/Change management - act as a liaison between staff and management, bridging gaps through various forms of intervention and coach managers and employees to enable them to navigate through change
- Participation to agencies management meetings, budget meeting, etc.
- Collaboration and participation in students' activities
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing partner schools and initiating new collaborations
- Organizing special initiatives aimed at supporting female students
- Planning and organizing events, fairs, and excursions for students
- Management of employee accounts in Jobka
- Collaborate with other HR areas to deliver service and a consistent experience for all internal clients
