- Translate highly technical and complex information into easy-to-understand documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Identify and interview subject matter experts, product managers, solutions architects, and engineers to gather technical information about our products and processes
- Create, update, and maintain a variety of content including installation and configuration guides, technical specifications, best practices, supportability, process enablement, technical blogs, and more
- Leverage generative AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to draft, edit, and summarize technical content, accelerating documentation velocity while ensuring factual accuracy and adherence to style guides.
- Utilize access to experts, labs, and research to ensure the technical accuracy and usability of our content
- Use and improve development of templates, style guides, team process, and standards to maintain consistency across our content
- Review and edit content submitted by multiple collaborators across the organization for grammar, style, and formatting to ensure the content adheres to our content style guidelines
- Ramp up your skills in various tools such as WYSIWYG editors, DITA authoring tools, and ServiceNow.Create structured content using DITA principals, ensuring adherence to established information architecture, content reuse, and organizational standards
- Maintain content for and manage multiple projects simultaneously, learn the products, and work as an integral part of the team
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible documentation for a global, non-expert audience
- Strong technical writing background for software, hardware, or related products, with a focus on accuracy, structure, and consistency
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with advanced skills in writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication
- Proven strength in organizing information into concise, well-structured documentation that scales across multiple products and audiences
- Comfortable working with style guides, enforcing consistency, and continuously refining tone and terminology
- Experience working in structured authoring environments, including XML, XML Schemas, and the DITA architecture
- Hands-on experience with DITA CCMS platforms (ideally Heretto CCMS) and XML authoring tools (such as Oxygen XML Editor)
- Understanding of information architecture and how to design content models that support reuse, modularity, and localization
- Experience with documentation delivery platforms (for example Zoomin CDP) and knowledge bases or community platforms (such as ServiceNow Knowledge and Community)
- Confidence using collaboration and productivity tools such as Confluence/Jira, Google Workspace, and Smartsheet
- Familiarity with version control and content lifecycle best practices (for example using Git or similar tools)
- Familiarity with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and AI-powered documentation tools, and how to apply them to content creation and workflow optimization in a professional environment
- Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think critically, anticipate user needs, and challenge the status quo when it improves the experience
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with a track record of delivering on commitments through effective time management and clear communication
- Comfortable working both independently and in close collaboration with other writers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Curiosity and drive to continuously learn new technologies, tools, and methodologies-and to apply those insights to iterative improvements in content and process
- Exposure to networking and/or data storage concepts, or the motivation to ramp up quickly in these technical domains
