- Communicate professionally with customers via chat, e-mail, and social media
- Assist users with account registration, login, verification, payments, and resolving technical queries
- Be a trusted guide in helping customers make the most of the platform
- Provide clear, friendly, and efficient solutions to user issues
- Share insights and suggestions to improve internal support processes
- Are fluent in Czech (C2) and have good English skills (B2)
- Enjoy helping others and handle challenges with a positive, can-do attitude
- Are comfortable with computer tools (e.g. MS Office, web-based platforms)
- Can explain technical topics in a clear and simple way
- Have an interest in sports—so you’ll speak the same language as our users!
- Bring experience in customer support (preferred, but not essential)
- Have completed secondary education with a diploma
- Willingness to relocate or commute to Brno (onsite presence required)
