  • Providing technical support to inquiries from Regional and International Crane Sales and preparation of offers for crane projects including product / system business.
  • Handling quotation requests for internal and external suppliers.
  • Support our Order Management for incoming orders for product / system business, as well as for project business.
  • Co-ordinate with Order Management Team for successful order processing.
  • Preparing spare parts offers for defined products / systems, project business.
  • Technical, logistical and commercial clarification of incoming orders up to commissioning / guarantee fulfillment as well as order control.
You'll win us over by:
  • A completed a master's or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics or similar, with content in the field of drives and/or motion control technology.
  • High motivation and an excellent understanding of Drives and Industrial Automation, ideally within the field of cranes or large power portfolios. Knowledge of electric motors is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM and order management tools.
  • Passion and preparedness to manage issues related to technological innovation and digitalization.
  • An eagerness for exploring the new and unknown, questioning routines, and rethinking existing processes. You're someone who drives things forward and takes initiative.
  • Fluent communication skills in English. German language proficiency is an advantage
