Functional Analyst in Group Reporting Services (Prague or Brno)

- Investigate, analyse, and translate business and regulatory requirements into functional specifications
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business, IT, and reporting teams
- Participate in report delivery, stress-test environment setup, and reconciliation activities in line with regulatory requirements
- Identify and mitigate risks related to solution delivery, including defining and executing quality checks
- Document delivered solutions and ensure a smooth handover to relevant teams
- Prepare and assess proposals for changes within your functional area
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience in an analyst role within a relevant business or data environment, preferably in banking area
- Practical SQL knowledge and experience working with large datasets
- A solid understanding of and experience in at least one of the following areas - Finance/Credit Risk/Treasury, including accounting fundamentals, banking operations, and financial products
- Knowledge of some of the regulatory reporting frameworks (e.g. FinRep, CoRep, Liquidity reporting, EBA Stress Testing framework,..)
- General knowledge of information systems and data warehousing concepts
- Prior experience with regulatory reporting within EU-regulated banking environment is a significant advantage
- Work on a strategic, group-wide regulatory reporting platform
- Collaborate in an international, cross-functional environment
- Gain deep expertise in regulatory data, reporting, and data warehousing
