- Training & Development – Drive comprehensive learning strategies for both Head Office and Frontline teams, ensuring impactful, scalable, and future‑focused development experiences.
- Talent Management – Build and lead a talent framework that identifies, nurtures, and accelerates high‑potential employees across the organisation.
- Succession Planning – Ensure strong talent pipelines for critical roles by embedding effective succession planning processes and collaborating closely with business leaders.
- Performance Management – Evolve and manage a performance culture that motivates people, supports growth, and reinforces our organisational ambitions.
- Leading a team of 20 professionals, creating a strong performance and development culture aligned with Vodafone business strategy and values.
- Defining and implementing the strategy for employee development and learning in Head office as well as for Frontline, including ownership of the L&D budget and investment priorities.
- Leading talent management, succession planning and high‑potential programmes to secure future leadership pipelines.
- Building frameworks for capability development, performance, learning and leadership development.
- Acting as a single point of contact for Group Vodafone learning organization, ensuring local relevance while aligning with global standards and fulfilling globally defined KPIs.
- Partnering with the Executive team, business stakeholders and HRBPs, bringing data‑driven insights and innovative people solutions to business challenges.
- Your key midterm priorities: Help to build the workforce required for digital transformation, leveraging AI, internal mobility, reskilling and upskilling as engines of growth, transformation to the skills based organization, driving company AI adoption and automation.
- Relevant HR experience in leadership role in corporate (matrix) environment
- Effective stakeholder management, experience dealing with senior management
- Strong analytical mindset, with hands‑on experience using data, insights, and people analytics to shape evidence‑based decisions and strategic recommendations.
- Proven change leadership capabilities, demonstrating the ability to navigate transformation, build alignment, and drive adoption at scale.
- Proven experience in talent strategy, capability development and organisational transformation
- Strong leadership skills – you know how to influence, inspire and empower teams and senior stakeholders
- Professional level of English and excellent communication and negotiation skills
- We currently work in a roughly 3 days from home, 2 days in the office mode,
