Your primary responsibility will be to manage human resources functions while aligning them with the strategic goals of the company. You will lead initiatives that promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and employee satisfaction.Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the recruitment process, ensuring that best practices are followed to attract top talent.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's objectives and promote a positive workplace culture.
Manage employee relations and resolve any performance or disciplinary issues in a fair and timely manner.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
Monitor and report on HR metrics, providing insights to senior management on trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all HR activities.
Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and develop strategies to meet them.
Facilitate performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on development plans.
Support payroll administration and benefits management.
Foster an inclusive workplace by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment.
Strong knowledge of HR legislation, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage change initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
