- Oversee and manage the recruitment process, ensuring that best practices are followed to attract top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's objectives and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations and resolve any performance or disciplinary issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics, providing insights to senior management on trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all HR activities.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and develop strategies to meet them.
- Facilitate performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on development plans.
- Support payroll administration and benefits management.
- Foster an inclusive workplace by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR legislation, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage change initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
