Our award-winning Prague office just underwent major renovation creating a collaborative space offering daily on-site snacks, gym, cinema, library, terrace, chill-zones, bike storage, and parking.About the Role & TeamAs a Principal Product Growth & Monetization Specialist, you’ll join a team responsible for the Growth of our Mobile portfolio. We’re a customer-centric team that strives to balance excellent user experience with maximized profits.To achieve this, we continually optimize our flows to reach the right customers at the right time with the right message. As our team member, you’ll have an excellent opportunity to improve existing purchase flows and bring new ideas to life using a mix of analytic, creative, and strategic thinking. As a benefit of our campaigns being immediately visible to all our users, you can see the impact of your work straight away, giving you valuable feedback and new learning opportunities every day.Objectives:Independently lead research, prioritization, and E2E execution of marketing initiatives across number of touchpoints in Mobile Security appsEnhance Performance – Analyze conversion funnels, run A/B tests, and iterate on processes to drive continual improvement.Champion a Test-and-Learn Culture – Encourage experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and innovation to enhance sales effectivenessProactively identify opportunities and solve business/data/technical challenges, without waiting for explicit instructionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data, Creative) to drive user and revenue growthOwn the monetization strategy and execution across first purchase, upsell, retention or reactivation touchpointsDefine pricing levels for current and new product tiers and their underlying sourcesOwn Program P&L – Take full ownership of profitability, ensuring an optimized balance between cost, revenue, and ROI.Competencies:5+ years of experience in growth marketing, product-led growth, or product management rolesDriving significant revenue and user growth via targeted marketing campaigns and product improvementsThriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong ownership and bias for actionLeveraging deep understanding of user psychology and behavior to optimize digital funnels and engagementDesigning, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and hypothesis-driven experiments with statistical rigorPresenting complex data insights and growth updates clearly and persuasively to stakeholdersDemonstrating proactive “do first, ask later” attitude with high accountabilityCollaborating effectively across teams while maintaining strong self-motivation and independenceUtilizing segmentation, cohort analysis, and LTV modeling to inform growth strategiesApplying SQL skills for data querying and in-depth analysis (strong plus)Benefits:Unlimited PTO (paid time off), flexible working hours & home office.Cafeteria points are provided by Benefit Plus (meal plan, pension insurance, travel, free time activities, multisport card, and much more).Tuition reimbursement for job-related courses.Learning & Development plan.Sustainable home improvement bonus.Opportunity to learn and work with the best in the Digital Security industry.The chance to join a major global tech company listed on the S&P 500.Mac/Windows laptop and more.​
