- Develop, enhance, and maintain SAC dashboards that support Private Cloud and Cloud-to-Cloud (C2C) adoption cadence.
- Translate business needs into automated reporting, enabling data-driven insights for leadership and operational teams.
- Identify opportunities for process automation (e.g., reporting, tracking, workflow improvements) and support the implementation of scalable solutions.
- Bring a structured, analytical mindset to continuously refine how we plan, track, and report on global adoption programs.
- Work across CS&D, S&O, P&E, and other board areas to ensure alignment on customer adoption and consumption initiatives
- 1-3 years of experience in roles such as consulting, customer success, project management, cloud adoption, or similar functions (internships and working student roles count).
- Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) - story building, data modeling, dashboard maintenance, and data visualization principles.
- Familiarity with SAP cloud products, services, or delivery processes-experience in services businesses is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with interest in automation and process optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science, engineering, data analytics, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience working within SAP or with SAP technologies
- Basic scripting or automation skills (e.g., Excel automation, simple scripts, workflow tools).
- Exposure to cross-functional program coordination or PMO-type activities.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
