You will play a key role in educating healthcare professionals about the benefits of AstraZeneca’s therapies and providing exceptional customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about healthcare and building meaningful relationships with stakeholders.Key responsibilities

You will be responsible for regularly engaging with customers including doctors, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions to drive product awareness and sales.
Plan and execute visits and meetings in alignment with campaign goals and company guidance, making use of promotional resources efficiently and maintaining thorough records.
Your duties will include analyzing your territory for sales potential, updating and streamlining the customer database, and achieving set sales targets.
You will keep your knowledge of products and sales techniques up to date by participating in training sessions, conferences, and other learning opportunities.
Adherence to ethical standards is paramount. You will operate within the AstraZeneca code of conduct, industry guidelines, and all relevant legislation, reporting any safety or compliance issues in line with company procedures.

Your profile

We welcome individuals with diverse backgrounds, whether they have experience in CVRM, or other therapy areas. What matters most is having the right profile and the potential to develop and apply the necessary skills to contribute effectively and continue progressing in their career.
University degree is required, with a preference (but not limited to) Medical Sciences / Pharmacy / Medical Engineering / Chemistry / Biology etc.;
Passion for science and committed to make a positive personal impact;
Curiousness and learning agility;
Strong ability, or potential to develop it, in engaging and influencing decision making among key stakeholders in complex clinical environments, e.g., mid and senior level specialty care professionals, key accounts in the medical community;
Collaborative and inclusive: exercise anticipation and responsiveness to the needs of others; ability to modify own approach to different people;
Resourceful and tenacious in approaching problems and leveraging all available resources for developing solutions;
Fluent Czech and advanced English and literacy in common corporate technology
