- Own and drive a product strategy and roadmap that delivers highly differentiated value to our customers, aligned with Productboard's AI-first vision and the success of Spark.
- Drive the ideation, discovery, and development of new features and enhancements — leveraging the rapid advances in AI & LLMs to transform how product teams work.
- Uncover and cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs essential for modern product organizations and their stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, product marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful product launches and alignment with business objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competition, and best practices — particularly the fast-evolving AI landscape and its implications for product management tooling.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills by effectively translating complex concepts into clear strategies and actions.
- Act as an external advocate for modern, customer-centric product management best practices among our customers and the broader market.
- Mentor and coach junior colleagues, and lead across the company through indirect influence.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in Enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Proficient in product management tooling and familiar with frameworks and methodologies such as lean, JTBD, agile, and various prioritization techniques.
- Great understanding of technology and product architecture.
- Experience working on complex collaborative products architected as modular and extensible platforms, or with meaningful platform-like aspects.
- Strong track record of delivering products with cross-functional teams to enterprise customers, with appreciation and understanding of the complex needs of large organizations.
- Experience building AI-powered products is a strong plus — you don't need to be an ML expert, but you should be comfortable working at the intersection of AI capabilities and customer value.
- Highly skilled in conducting user research and building empathy with customers.
- Experience with business intelligence and product analytics tools to measure the success of your team's efforts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly to diverse audiences, including senior executives internally and externally.
- Proactive, curious, and independent, with a passion for solving broader problems, advancing your craft, and driving company-wide impact.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching junior colleagues, as well as leading across the company through indirect influence.
- Educational background in computer science or a related field. A reputable tech industry-focused MBA is a strong plus.
