After completing our SAP Consultant Academy, you will be able to:

Work with our multinational clients on SAP customization and implementations based on our client’s requests
Implement SAP solutions and contribute to their testing
Work with our clients on legal updates provided by SAP and help them understand these legal changes
Analyse SAP performance errors and provide solutions to our clients
Work with our clients on system setup, SAP functionality and SAP enhancements in the complex area of payroll, time management and HR
Understand the client’s processes and payroll related systems as well as their relationship to ADP's products and services
Effectively collaborate with the payroll teams, making sure the payroll process runs smoothly and according to our client’s expectations.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Passionate about building a long-term career within SAP Consultancy – Our successful consultants choose to stay with us
Proficient command of German and English languages
Experience in any IT related field with aptitude for solving technical issues is an advantage
Analytical mindset with a strong commitment to accuracy
Ability to analyse and resolve problems by working with our clients and other teams
Previous experience with SAP (HR modules) is considered a plus, but not a requirement
Be curious – While our academy is instructor lead and sufficient support is provided, the nature of this role is ideal for people with a drive and appetite for more knowledge
Communication skills – Communicate clearly and accurately with other departments and clients
