Seniority: JuniorAssociate Account Manager - Spanish & English Speaking (PGA)Travel Partnerships and Media helps partners deliver excellent traveler and B2B experiences, driving growth for them and the EG marketplace through competitive supply, a valued advertising and travel media network, and affiliate solutions.The Partner Growth & Agility (PGA) Associate's primary responsibility is to ensure that Expedia Group's partner product in their assigned market is competitive, attractive and relevant for our fast-growing global customer base.In doing so, PGA Associates will also continuously work with Expedia Group's partners to help them improve the marketing and distribution potential from their participation in the Expedia marketplace.The team ensure that the Expedia Group brands' global customers always find the most suitable property for their dream trip wherever they want to go, and that our partners can effectively, efficiently and throughout the year, reach Expedia Group's full breadth of global traveler demand.In this role you will:By providing and analyzing data specific to their market, PGA Associates will work closely with hotel partners to:Optimize content, rate and availability competitiveness on the Expedia sites to increase customer conversionSecure additional lodging rates and availability information over high demand and compression periods to satisfy customers' pressing needsSecure promotional offers to support the brands' merchandising and marketing effortsEducate partners on the self-service features available on Expedia Partner CentralRe-establish relationships with dormant partnersSupport demand generationExperience and Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree; or equivalent experience (Minimum 2 years of experience in similar environment) and proficiency in Spanish and English languageHave free access to Czech labour market (does not require sponsorship)High impact personality: intellectual agility, entrepreneurship, empathy in relationship, great teammateYou have an appetite for innovative technology, fast-changing business environment, data driven decision making.
