For more information, please visit: https://www.crownworldwide.com.What are the specifics of Client Engagement Manager role?Key Responsibilities· Manage the portfolio of small and midsize clients by identifying their needs and implementing the required strategy to deliver upon expectations· Identify potential for upsell and cross-sell within the existing portfolio· Identify any potential issues, handle them with possibility and know when to escalate them· Create the reporting and presentations for Client review meetings· Provide insight and support for new business opportunities· Deliver the growth and quality expectations that have been set for the business in alignment with our business strategy· Ensure our client facing documentation has the correct 'tone of voice' in all communications· Be involved in the implementation of new clients where required· Develop and build upon positive professional relationshipsReporting and analysis· To report on all activities to the Account Management Director EMEA for quality management, invoicing purposes, and financial reporting.· Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.· Present findings and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decisions.Other· Support the company ESG commitment and goals.· Demonstrate and promote the company vision and values.· Enhance processes and find efficiencies of ways of working.· Amend and maintain departmental templates and country guidelines.· Manage feedback and cost savings closely for department.· Manage and monitor any IOFs ensuring corrective action is put in place.· Other ad hoc duties as required.· Provide excellent quality customer service and exceeding client KPIs.· Responsible for the growth and revenue of the engagement.· Effectively manages financial performance.Job competencies

  • Commercial Orientation.
  • Secondary education certificate.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Project Management Skills.
  • French and/or German required in addition to English
