
Customer Support Lead (Onsite, Brno, Czech + English)

- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using modern methodologies and tools
- Develop and update training materials across various formats (presentations, manuals, e-learning)
- Monitor participants' progress and provide feedback to support continuous development
- Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure a smooth handover from training to live environments
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client processes, tools, and products
- Evaluate training outcomes and implement improvements based on feedback and performance metrics
- Previous experience in training delivery and/or soft skills development is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Independent and organized work style with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Fluent Czech (C2) and good command of English (B2)
- Willingness to work on-site in Brno (relocation or daily commute required)
