United by a shared vision of excellence and sustainability, we work together to build a customer-centric and future-ready organization in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.About the RoleAs Sales Assistant – Czech Republic, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Sales team, ensuring smooth coordination across internal functions and the dealer network.You will contribute to sales planning, reporting, operational execution, and project coordination, acting as a central support function that enables efficient communication, structured processes, and successful implementation of sales initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional automotive environment.Key Objectives & ResponsibilitiesSales Planning & ReportingPrepare regular sales performance analyses and reports for management and headquarters.Support sales forecasting processes and monitor achievement of sales targets.Analyze market and sales data, identifying trends and supporting recommendations to drive business growth.Sales Operations & CoordinationSupport daily sales operations, including scheduling, travel coordination, and visitor reception when required.Assist in the implementation of central promotional campaigns and sales programs in coordination with relevant departments.Work closely with the Marketing team to prepare sales materials and campaign support tools.Provide operational support to dealers in executing sales and promotional activities.Internal Processes & AdministrationMaintain and update data in central systems (CRM, reporting tools, order management systems).Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for dealer meetings and internal business reviews.Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of materials and meeting minutes.Manage documentation, data collection, and filing related to sales operations.Cross-Functional Support & Project CoordinationFollow up on cross-departmental tasks to ensure alignment between HQ and local teams.Support key sales projects and business initiatives to ensure timely execution.Assist in dealer network development and optimization projects.Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth collaboration across teams.Key ResultsOperational EfficiencySmooth execution of daily sales operations and internal coordination.Accurate and timely reporting and data management.Sales Support ImpactEffective support of sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.Strong support of dealer activities and campaign execution.Cross-Functional AlignmentEfficient coordination between Sales, Marketing, HQ, and dealer network.Required Qualifications & CompetenciesEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.Previous experience in a sales support, administrative, or coordination role is an advantage.Automotive industry experience is a plus.Technical SkillsStrong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Experience with CRM or reporting systems is an advantage.LanguagesFluent English and Czech.Personal CompetenciesStrong organizational and time management skills.High attention to detail and structured working approach.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive, hands-on, and team-oriented mindset.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.About BYD GroupEstablished in November 1994, BYD Group is a leading multi-sector high-tech company focused on innovation and development in automobiles, rail transit, renewable energy, and electronics.Committed to improving quality of life through technological innovation, BYD Group operates over 40 subsidiaries with more than 900,000 employees — including over 110,000 engineers — across 400 cities in 79 countries.
