Supporting senior colleagues in the Prague team, including international cooperation with offices outside Prague
Communicating daily both internally and externally with clients
Analysing submitted data, market information, and external sources
Drafting and reviewing business presentations and contracts
Maintaining effective operation of internal systems and ensuring smooth documentation flow
Participating in outstanding training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from senior colleagues
No routine – every day something new!

We will count on you to support our senior brokers while at the same time they will be your mentors to help you learn and develop within our business!What you will learn

How the reinsurance business works
How insurance companies and large corporations protect their capital
How risk is transferred
And a lot more about reinsurance business (insurance for insurance companies), capital modelling and risk analysis

Skills and experience that will lead to success

University degree or relevant experience – fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Experience in reinsurance or insurance is an advantage
Strong communication skills and excellent knowledge of English
High level of responsibility and accountability, combined with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach
Finding stories behind numbers - ability to read and understand figures and tables
Willingness to learn new things, focus on solutions, strong attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel
