Together, we're looking for proactive and customer-focused Air Travel Consultants with German who would like to join the team in Brno or remotely anywhere in Czech Republic.Position: Air Travel Consultant with GermanWork model: remote anywhere in Czech RepublicEmployment type: Full-time or Part-time after 6 monthsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be a primary contact for customers of the airlines via incoming phone calls in German and English
Assist the customers with their reservations, cancellations, online check-in, guidance in terms and policies, and more
Register details of your conversations in a dedicated system
Provide timely and friendly resolution to customers' enquiries while maintaining a high level of speed and quality to meet standard KPIs.
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent German (B2) and fluent English (B2) language, both verbal and written
Willingness to relocate to Czech Republic or already residing there
Ability to work in shifts, also night shifts, in a fast-paced environment
Must be available to work onsite during initial training period

Required : Fast Wired internet connection (16/10 Mbps).
