  • Conducting independent research and publishing of results in international academic journals.
  • Participation in research projects and grants, and active acquisition of grant funding.
  • Supervision and consultation of final theses for students at all levels of study.
  • Theoretical and practical teaching in the fields of chemistry in Czech and English.
  • Establishing research collaborations with domestic and international partners.
Skills and Qualifications
  • PhD degree in the field of Chemistry.
  • Previous international experience - PhD study or long-term postdoctoral fellowship (at least 2 years) at internationally recognized institutions.
  • Significant publication outputs.
  • Proven capability of independent scientific work, publish outputs and presentation activities.
  • Ability to establish and lead an independent research group within the Department of Chemistry.
  • Successful grant history.
  • Experience in teaching and supervising students in Chemistry.
  • Knowledge of English and Czech (expected knowledge of Czech within two years at level B1).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
