Job Description:Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and gives onsite + remote technical support to end users. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. Supports and assists configuring IT appliances (printers, VOIP phones, mobile phones, tablets and other standard hard- and software)Located in Dvur Kralove (100% on site)Job Requirements:
