You have strong communication skills in Czech and English, with a customer-oriented mindset. You are empathetic, solutions-driven, and comfortable handling a high volume of interactions, especially during peak periods. An interest in e-commerce is considered a strong advantage.Role 2: Content ModeratorLocation: Lisbon (on-site)

You have strong attention to detail and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess content objectively. You are resilient, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Previous exposure to digital platforms or e-commerce is a plus.Salary & Benefits
- Base salary: 920€ x 14 months
- Performance bonus: 45€ x 11 months
- Meal allowance + additional shift bonuses (night/weekend)
