- Analyze the market, including competitor products and channels, to identify Panasonic's opportunities and risks.
- Build concrete growth strategy for the responsible area (New Channel development, maximizing existing channel business, entire sales operation, and the organizations), and to set out clear target for each members of the team.
- Generate and maximize sales by managing the team and drive the growth by influencing and convincing all the decision makers, and by coordinating with internal support and PHVAC EU management.
- Analyze the sales and the other KPI result on daily / weekly / monthly basis to review the team's actions and to take necessary counter-actions by aiming the set target. Report
- Report the progress and status to the Country Manager on daily weekly / regular basis using the agreed tool.
- Feedback the market information (product/price/channel/promotion) to the management, and to reflect into own strategy/tactics review.
- Report the sales and activity result to the Country Manager monthly. Adjust the targets and create the action plans for the next months, by model, by customer, by team member.
- Build business plan for the Area in collaboration with the and Country Manager for the next year
- Relevant University Degree or equivalent practical and vocational knowledge and experience
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in HVAC sector + team management.
- Experience in Business Development in HVAC sector.
