Job Description:Shape the Future of automation and AI-Driven Customer SolutionsJoin AXA Partners in Ostrava and help shape the future of digital assistance. As a System Automation and AI Specialist, you will design and optimize automations, voicebot and chatbot solutions that enhance customer experience while improving operational efficiency.What you’ll be doing:

Analyze and propose voicebot and chatbot solutions to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Design, test, and optimize conversation flows for digital chat and voice assistants
Monitor system performance and customer interactions to continuously improve outcomes
Train and optimize AI models to ensure high-quality responses
Evaluate current solutions and implement improvements to increase efficiency and potential savings
Analyze client behavior and recommend adjustments
Collaborate with internal teams, external suppliers, and the Data team on system integration and development
Participate in the implementation, testing, and documentation of new automation solutions

What you’ll bring:

Minimum secondary education
Fluent Czech or Polish and English (B2 level or higher)
Strong PC skills and good knowledge of MS Office
Understanding of process automation, digital transformation, or business process automation is an advantage
Strong organizational and communication skills
Analytical and logical thinking
Proactive, reliable, and customer-oriented mindset
Ability to quickly learn new systems, workflows, and processes
