- independent performance of the research activities in the relevant field,
- immediate escalation of any identified risks to a superior position,
- design, organization of work, planning and execution of experiments for VZ1, publication of scientific results,
- synthesis and photophysical study of phthalocyanines, BODIPY and related compounds,
- labelling of oligonucleotide probes with fluorescent or photoactive labels,
- presentation and publication of the achieved results on an international level,
- involvement in the preparation of related national and international projects,
- participation in key project activities with an emphasis on application potential.
- An advantage is 1 first-authored publication, a letter of recommendation from 2 experts in the field (at least 1 from a foreign workplace), required education in the relevant field, grant activity, active knowledge of the English language.
- Scientific and publishing activity in the field of pharmaceutical chemistry with a focus on the photophysical properties of phthalocyanines, subphthalocyanines, BODIPY and related compounds.
- Experience in measurement of photophysical parameters (absorption, fluorescence spectra, fluorescence quantum yields, fluorescence lifetime).
- Experience working with oligonucleotides and their labelling.
